Therapy Specialties
We try our best to meet people where they are so they can rediscover themselves and embrace a new normal.
As a therapy practice with multiple clinicians we are excited to be able to offer various therapeutic specialties in our counseling sessions. All of our therapeutic specialties are evidence based and accepted with insurance. The therapeutic approach(es) that will be used in your sessions are determined by various factors. These factors include presenting concerns, trauma history, spiritual beliefs, family dynamics, substance use, etc. It is common to use more than one speciality when processing various life struggles. For example, a client who identifies as a Christian who wants to incorporate their faith into their therapy is struggling with the recent loss of a family member. Another example is a couple that comes into therapy together to address a possible substance abuse concern within their relationship. These are just two examples of many scenarios that would benefit from using more than just one therapeutic approach. Remember, as the client, you will always have a say in what therapeutic specialty our approach is used in your session.

During our child's mental health crisis, Alex was an invaluable resource in navigating the hospital systems and providing support for our child and us. We are grateful for his compassion and wisdom during that difficult time.
